Keto Pizza Eggs

These Keto Pizza Eggs are a tasty low-carb take on regular pizza. They are full of flavor and can be eaten at any time of the day.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup low-carb marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional

Instructions:

Preheat your oven broiler

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined

Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture

Cook the eggs, stirring occasionally, until they are just set but still slightly runny

Remove the skillet from heat and spread marinara sauce over the top of the eggs

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped pepperoni over the sauce

Place the skillet under the broiler and broil for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly

Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving

Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired

Serve hot and enjoy
