This easy walnut crusted salmon recipe is a delicious way to enjoy a healthy seafood meal. The crunchy walnut crust adds a wonderful texture and flavor to the tender salmon fillets.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375F 190C
In a small bowl, mix together the chopped walnuts, Dijon mustard, honey, and olive oil
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Spread the walnut mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the walnut crust is golden brown
