Ingredients:
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 cup of canned peaches pureed
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- For the cream glaze:
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp of almond milk
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a mixing bowl
To the dry ingredients, add the melted coconut oil, pureed peaches, almond milk, and vanilla extract
Blend until well combined
Pour the doughnut mixture into a silicone mold or a doughnut pan that has been greased
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the doughnuts are just beginning to turn golden and bounce back when you touch them
Make the cream glaze while the doughnuts bake
Mix the powdered sugar, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until well combined
After the doughnuts are baked, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool for a short while
Make sure every doughnut is completely covered with the cream glaze by dipping it in it and then setting it on a wire rack to let the extra glaze drip off
Before serving, let the glaze settle for a few minutes
