Enjoy the rich and savory flavors of this grilled cheese with bacon and brie. The crispy bacon goes well with the creamy Brie cheese that is between two perfectly toasted slices of bread.
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 ounces of Brie cheese, sliced
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked crispy
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions:
To get rid of extra grease, put the bacon slices on a paper towel
Each piece of bread should have butter on one side
Set the pan on medium-low heat
Put two pieces of bread in the pan with the butter side down
On top of the bread slices, put slices of Brie cheese and crispy bacon
Put the rest of the bread slices on top, butter side up
About 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese melts
Take it out of the pan, cut it in half, and serve it hot
