Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and egg until well mixed
Fold in the chocolate chips into the cookie dough
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls
Place the balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between them
Press down gently on each cookie with a fork to create a criss-cross pattern
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
