Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat
Put in the sliced beef sirloin and cook for two to three minutes on each side until it turns brown
Take it out of the pan and set it aside
Put onions and garlic in the same pan
Cook the onions until they are clear and soft
When you add the mushrooms, cook them until they turn golden brown and their juices come out
Put the cooked beef back in the pan
Add the Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth and mix them in
Turn the heat down to low and let it cook for 5 minutes so the flavors can mix
Turn down the heat and add the sour cream
Bring to a boil, but dont boil
Add pepper and salt to taste
Add chopped parsley on top of the hot dish and serve it over cooked egg noodles or rice
