Marias Polish Paczki

Etobicoke Sex Scene

Delicious filled doughnuts called Marias Polish Paczki are traditionally made in Poland for special occasions. With every bite, these fluffy treats provide a delightful burst of flavor thanks to their coating of powdered sugar and fruit jam filling.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Oil for frying
  • Fruit jam or filling of your choice
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

After dissolving the sugar in the warm milk, sprinkle the yeast on top

Until foamy, let it sit for five to ten minutes

Mix the flour, egg yolks, softened butter, vanilla extract, and salt together in a big bowl

Once in the bowl, add the yeast mixture and stir until a dough forms

Until the dough is smooth and elastic, knead it for five to seven minutes on a floured surface

After the dough has doubled in size, place it in a bowl that has been oiled, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rise for one to two hours

After pounding the dough, roll it out to a thickness of 1/2 inch

Use a glass or a round cookie cutter to cut out circles

Half of the circles should have a teaspoon of fruit jam in the middle

To form filled doughnuts, place the remaining circles on top and seal the edges by pinching them

The filled doughnuts should rise for an additional thirty minutes after being placed on a baking sheet, covered

In a deep pan, heat the oil to 350F 175C

Gently drop the paczki into the heated oil and cook, rotating them once to make sure they cook all the way through

After taking the paczki out of the oil, pat dry with paper towels

Enjoy the warm paczki after dusting it with powdered sugar
