This Super Green Power Smoothie is full of good things for you and will give you a lot of energy to start the day. Because its full of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, it can make your health much better in just 20 minutes a day.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency
Taste and add honey if you prefer a sweeter smoothie
If desired, add a few ice cubes and blend until well combined
Pour into a glass, garnish with a spinach leaf or pineapple chunk if desired, and enjoy
