- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade
Place the steaks in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for maximum flavor
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the used marinade
Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time according to your preference
In the last few minutes of cooking, baste the steaks with the remaining marinade for a delicious glaze
Once done, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving
