This Warm Caprese Stack is a low-carb twist on the classic Italian appetizer, perfect for those following a keto diet. It combines the rich flavors of ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil, all drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for an irresistible dish.
Ingredients:
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 ball fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Put tomato slices, mozzarella slices, and basil leaves in stacks on a baking sheet
Spread balsamic vinegar and olive oil over the stacks
Add pepper and salt
For 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles, bake it
Take it out of the oven and serve hot
